Therasoft

Therasoft (also known as Therasoft Online) is a cloud-based, AI-assisted practice management system for therapists, counselors, psychiatrists, and social workers. The platform, as well as its iOS and Android companion apps meet HIPAA and PCI compliance standards.

Administrative tools:

• Scheduling and calendar: Book and track appointments, set recurring sessions, and send automated reminders by text or email. The calendar syncs across devices.
• Client registration and portal: Clients fill out digital intake forms, share documents, send secure messages, and see their appointments through the portal.
• Insurance claims and billing: Submit electronic claims, post ERAs, and manage third-party billing. Therasoft also offers a separate insurance billing service.
• Payment processing: Accept credit card and ACH payments.

Clinical tools

• Progress notes: Write notes in standard formats such as SOAP, DAP, BIRP, and GIRP, using customizable templates. The AI-assisted option can generate draft notes, which clinicians can then review.
• Assessments and treatment plans: Complete clinical assessments, build treatment plans, and track goals and progress over time.
• Telehealth: Run video sessions natively (integrated with VidyoConnect).
• E-prescribing: Controlled substance prescribing (EPCS) and drug database.
