Carepatron is a customizable, all-in-one EHR and practice management software designed for behavioral, medical, allied health, and wellness practitioners in solo or expanding practices. It centralizes and streamlines calendar management, client files, billing, video calls, SOAP notes, and intake forms.
The Carepatron app gives providers on-the-go access to patient data, appointment schedules, and clinical tools. Patients can also use the app to access the portal on Android or iOS devices.
The system is fully HIPAA, GDPR, PIPEDA, and SOC 2 compliant, with all patient data securely stored and shared in accordance with federal regulations.
This carries over to Carepatron AI, which generates instant, accurate answers based on context from any work within and connected to the software. Practitioners can transcribe and summarize, generate SOAP notes, and personalize client care through treatment templates, error-free.

July 2026 saw major upgrades, including AI Scribe V3, expanded clinical supervision sign-off, a unified billing overview and practice-wide reporting insights (improving upon the limited individual dashboards for solo practices), managed insurance billing, and Carepatron's first public API.
