Created by Health Innovation Technologies, Inc., and designed specifically for optometry, RevolutionEHR is a full-spectrum EHR and optometry practice management software that includes medical billing, patient appointments and scheduling, image archiving (PACS), inventory/optical retail management, and medical accounting.

RevolutionEHR is built for optometrists and eye-care practices of all sizes (from single-OD clinics to multi-location groups). It integrates natively with clinical and back-office partners, including RxNT for e-prescribing, TriZetto Provider Solutions (clearinghouse/revenue cycle), and device/instrument vendors (e.g., Marco, Topcon, Reichert, and Visionix, to keep clinical data and billing workflows synchronized.

Deployment options

The platform is cloud-based and browser-accessible, so providers can use it on desktops (Windows, Mac, Linux) and on smartphones or tablets; patient charts, schedules, and practice reports follow a user’s login, so staff can work securely from the office or on the move.

RevolutionEHR also offers specialty optometry templates, integrated claims processing, patient engagement tools (portal/intake), and reporting tools that support daily operations and financial reporting.

There are three pricing tiers: Core, Advanced, and Premium. Each plan has a one-time implementation fee, payable upfront. There is also a database conversion fee, which covers the import process. The RevolutionEHR team has experience converting 70+ different practice management systems and 10+ EHRs.
