Moyae EHR is a cloud-based, AI-enabled EHR designed exclusively for ophthalmology and optometry practices. Built around the way eye doctors actually work, it brings specialty-specific clinical documentation, practice workflows, and revenue-cycle tools into a single system that runs entirely in the browser.

The platform pairs ophthalmology-specific exam tools (IOP and pressure tracking, gonioscopy, structured retina drawings, and intravitreal injection series) with an embedded eRx module that includes controlled substances and PDMP access.

AI-assisted features help clinicians move through encounters quickly: an ambient scribe produces structured ophthalmology notes, while suggested ICD-10 and E&M codes are surfaced from documented findings for staff to review before billing.

Additional capabilities include kiosk-style patient check-in with a live workflow board, patient history AI summaries, image management, and role-specific views for front-desk staff, technicians, billers, and physicians.

Moyae also supports MIPS quality reporting with IRIS® Registry submission and offers subspecialty-tuned workflows for retina, glaucoma, and cataract and anterior-segment care. Its SMART-on-FHIR architecture allows integration with imaging devices, AI tools, and other third-party systems, and practices are backed by a US-based support team reachable directly inside the application.
